The final Community Shabbat Dinner of the year features guest speaker Joe Buchanan, who is a Texas native and makes country music that is steeped in Torah. He struggled with religion until one day outside of the Holocaust Museum in Washington, D.C. and 13 years into their marriage, his wife told him that she was Jewish. They explored Judaism as a family and it changed everything, eventually leading to his conversion and the debut album, Unbroken.
