This introduction to mindfulness meditation led by Kevin Karas includes a guided body scan, sitting meditation, beginner’s tips, common myths to meditation and formal practice sheets to support the development of one’s meditation practice. The workshop will be experiential and include guided practice, reflection questions, discussion and tips. All experience levels welcome. Wear comfortable clothing. Earn 2 hours of Yoga Alliance CEUs.
