The Allison Rose Foundation has developed a physician driven, evidence-based food allergy curriculum that educates everyone with or without food allergies. This training is for everyone - parents, staff, students, and faculty.
Conflict Resolution Training: It's not personal it's personality

By using the DISC Profiles participants will identify and build on individual strengths and explore ways to improve communication skills. By the end of the training, participants will be able to define the six steps to resolving conflict and will be able to use the four personality types to determine work and social compatibility. A fun, hands-on activity will be incorporated to illustrate how the four personality types play out in a group assignment.
This session is geared towards teachers and childcare professionals, although we encourage anyone to join! Prior to attending, please complete the assessment below and email your results to Shannon at spiggott@shawjcc.org by May 17th.
