Massage & Body Therapy

Most relaxation massages use a combination of kneading, rolling, vibration, percussion and tapping motions. Practitioners will help you relax, release tension, and clear the mind. Hot stone can be a soothing add-on to your relaxation massage session.

Deep tissue, sports massage, and other therapies require more isolated kneading, stretching and sometimes a stronger, more in-depth approach. Practitioners will aid in recovering from injuries, sprains and strains, muscle soreness or inflammation, acute tightness or tension, dealing with autoimmune issues, or other needs. Sometimes cupping can assist as an add-on to your session. Ask your massage therapist what methods may be appropriate. To purchase a single massage or package, please call 330-867-7850 or stop by the desk during business hours.
