Andrea D’Amore

Certified Personal Trainer, 200 HR Yoga Instructor, Functional Exercise Specialist 

With over a decade of experience in Fitness and Wellness, Andrea has helped many clients reach their functional fitness goals. Her certifications and specializations make her great for those looking to increase strength and mobility to have a more functional body for activities of daily living. Specializing in core strength training, and having a background in corrective exercise and rehab means she can adapt programs for those of all fitness levels. She also has experience working with people who have injuries, or movement disorders like Parkinson’s Disease Multiple Sclerosis. She also serves as the JCC Fitness Director.



Anthony Ange

​Certified Personal Trainer

Anthony holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and is currently working towards his masters in Exercise Physiology and Adult Fitness. He is also a certified Personal Trainer through NETA and uses a combination of resistance training and sprint training to help his clients and athletes reach their goals. Anthony is also well versed in the TRX functional training system.


Josh Brebant

Certified Personal Trainer and Strength Coach

Holding multiple Personal Training Certifications, and advanced certifications in strength coaching Josh is a wealth of knowledge for his clients. Josh works with bodybuilders and athletes alike utilizing strength training to increase muscular hypertrophy, improve physique, and generate strength power and velocity. In addition to his current certifications, Josh is also working towards becoming certified as an ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist.


Wendell Christian

Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach

Wendell has earned an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology and Adult Fitness. He can help you develop a personalized program to meet all of your fitness goals. Advanced certification as a strength and conditioning coach means that Wendell can also help train athletes to improve their performance.

Chelsea Heinlen

Certified Personal Trainer

Chelsea has a passion for health and fitness that started when she became a certified Beachbody Performance Instructor for Turbo Kick in 2016. She loved instructing so much that she became a Certified CoreDeForce Instructor in March of 2018. Chelsea decided to make a full career change from veterinary medicine to health and fitness and is now a certified personal trainer from NASM. She loves helping people achieve their goals and become happier, healthier versions of themselves. She will be a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist by the end of 2018.


Dena Herceg

Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Aquatics Instructor

With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, Dena uses a combination of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and resistance exercises to train her clients. She specializes in body sculpting, toning, and core strength.



Lori Myers

Certified Personal Trainer

Lori focuses on training with older adults to help decrease the effects of aging on physical fitness as well as those who desire to lose weight and make long-lasting lifestyle changes. Lori earned a degree from Ashland University in biology and certifications from The American Council on Exercise as a Personal Trainer and Health Coach.


Trent Myers

Aquatics Coordinator and Certified Personal Trainer

Trent specializes in aquatic resistance training, training for triathlons and distance running, and helping seniors work on their strength and balance. Trent earned his Bachelor of Science from Ashland University and certifications as an American Red Cross CPR & First Aid Instructor, Lifeguard Instructor, Water Safety Instructor, American Council of Exercise Personal Training, Mad Dogg Athletics Spinning, and National Swimming Pool Foundation Certified Pool/Spa Operator.


Christine Ruffier

Certified Personal Trainer

With over 16 years of experience in the fitness industry, Christine has worked with many clients to help them gain a higher level of fitness and mobility. She specializes in an older adult population and uses a combination of resistance training and yoga therapy to help clients reach their goals.
