Anthony Ange

​Certified Personal Trainer

Anthony uses a combination of the TRX system to help athletes reach their goals, and free weight resistance training and sprint training. Anthony earned his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and is currently working towards his masters in Exercise Physiology/Adult Fitness. Anthony also holds certifications in TRX suspension training and as a NETA-Personal Trainer.


Josh Brebant

​Certified Personal Trainer

Josh works with bodybuilders to enhance size and improve physique through muscular hypotrophy training and training athletes to enhance their muscles to generate strength, power, and velocity. Josh has earned certifications as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, NCSF Certified Personal Trainer and NCSF Certified Strength Coach, and is currently working towards his certification as an ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist.


Wendell Christian

Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach

Wendell helps his clients with strength and conditioning, developing a program that works for them, nutrition, and building mobility. Wendell earned his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and his masters in Exercise Physiology/Adult Fitness. 


Erin Glotzer

​Certified Personal Trainer

Erin trains her clients with high-intensity interval training that focuses on improving aerobic & anaerobic endurance, as well as, balance, stability, and flexibility. Erin graduated from the University of Akronwith a degree in psychology and a minor in sociology, and holds certifications in TRX suspension training, NETA-Personal Trainer, American Red Cross: Lifeguarding Instructor, Water safety Instructor and, Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED.



Dena Herceg

​Certified Personal Trainer

Dena enjoys training clients using High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), as well as, body sculpting and core exercises. Dena has worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years and is a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and an Aquatics Instructor.



Lori Myers

Certified Personal Trainer

Lori focuses on training with older adults to help with aging, and those who desire to lose weight and make healthy lifestyle changes. Lori earned a degree from Ashland University in biology and has certifications from The American Council on Exercise as a Personal Trainer and Health Coach.


Trent Myers

Aquatics Coordinator and Certified Personal Trainer

Trent specializes in aquatic resistance training, training for triathlons and distance running, and helping seniors work on their strength and balance. Trent earned his Bachelor of Science from Ashland University and hold certifications as an American Red Cross CPR & First Aid Instructor, Lifeguard Instructor, Water Safety Instructor, American Council of Exercise Personal Training, Mad Dogg Athletics Spinning, and National Swimming Pool Foundation Certified Pool/Spa Operator.


Christine Ruffier

​Certified Personal Trainer

Christine enjoys working with clients by incorporating yoga therapy in to her personal training. Christine offers over 16 years of experience, has over 200 hours of yoga therapy, and hold certifications in group fitness, water aerobics, SilverSneakers, Pilates’, toning, personal training, and yoga therapy.

Shannon Wick

Certified Personal Trainer

Shannon specializes in working with clients who want to focus on running, nutrition, and weight loss and loves to help those who want to help themselves. Shannon became a master fitness trainer and Jumpmaster in the Army and had the opportunity to play semi-professional soccer.
