Our Personal Trainers would love to work with you! Our trainers are educated in the latest personal training practices and know how to tailor a program to each individual client. 


Anthony Ange

​Certified Personal Trainer

Anthony holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. He is also a certified Personal Trainer through NETA and uses a combination of resistance training and sprint training to help his clients and athletes reach their goals. Anthony is also a certified TRX trainer.


Josh Brebant

Certified Personal Trainer and Strength Coach

Holding multiple Personal Training Certifications, and advanced certifications in strength coaching Josh is a wealth of knowledge for his clients. Josh works with bodybuilders and athletes alike utilizing strength training to increase muscular hypertrophy, improve physique, and generate strength, power and velocity. In addition to his current certifications, Josh is also working towards becoming certified as an ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist.


Ashton Budzinski

Certified Personal Trainer 

Ashton graduated from Muskingham University with a BA in Health and Fitness, where he also played on the University baseball team receiving (2x) 1st Team OAC. Personal Training Areas he likes to focus on are strength and conditioning and sports-specific training, however he is experienced in all areas of training and works with all ages and populations. 


Justice Kemp

Certified Personal Trainer

Justice has an ISSM personal training accreditation and is a second-year student at the University of Akron in Excercise Science. As a trainer, he is very precise, attentive and fun to work with. He specializes in body shaping, building strength, military fitness, corrective exercise therapy and strength & conditioning exercise. 


Erin McCoy-Hoffman

Certified Personal Trainer

Erin loves incorporating interval training, resistance training and plyometrics into her programs. She is currently studying pelvic floor training for pregnant women to exercise safety and for postpartum women to regain strength in their core. Her favorite class is Tabata because the moves are always changing and challenging; The fact that you only do each move for 20 seconds makes the cardio much more tolerable. She is also an avid runner and health enthusiast.
