Highland Construction has been contracted to renovate the Shaw JCC whirlpool with work set to begin on or around March 1st. Family owned and operated for more than 35 years, Cleveland-based Highland Construction specializes in concrete pools and spas. Preparations are already underway with the construction of a temporary wall around the whirlpool area to mitigate dust and block general access for safety reasons. Indoor pool hours and usage will remain unaffected. At this time, we are unable to set an exact timeline for reopening the whirlpool, but we will continue to update our membership as we receive progress reports.
