Quick Start is an excellent three-session beginning to your fitness program. Your trainer will assess your fitness level and needs and then get you started on a customized exercise program.
Are you interested in personal training but don't want to do it alone? We offer group personal training for spouses, two family members, partners or two friends at a reduced price. (2-4 participants) If you are looking for an intense workout group personal training is a great way to boost your workout intensity with a partner and keep you accountable, while remaining under the watchful eye of a certified personal trainer!
Is your teen ready to train? Teen in training is a program designed to educate teen aged members on the proper techniques and safe use of resistance training equipment in the fitness center. We will focus on the misconceptions pertaining to teenage resistance training and how to avoid injury. Fitness Staff member will instruct demonstrate and answer any questions about all resistance equipment on the fitness floor. Members must be 13 years of age to participate. Why speed, agility, power, and endurance are so important for Athletes?
Strength/power: This category is very important in all sports. Whether swinging a racket or a bat, spiking a ball, coming out of the blocks, making great turns or pushing off, if power does not exist, none of these things will be accomplished with greatness only.
Endurance: Being able to complete a contest in its entirety without getting tired is a great benefit. Not only will they be able to finish strong but they will be able to finish a season at the top of their game.
Agility: In all sport they have to be able to react quickly to all sorts of different situations. Agility training helps to prevent injuries.
Speed: Speed is required in most sports. Having quick feet, hands, and reaction time is very important and can give them an edge over other competitors. A great combination of these key elements will give your athlete an advantage over other competitors
