Are you getting the results you want from working out? Working with a personal trainer can be the solution you need to reach your goals.
Quick Start is an excellent three-session beginning to your fitness program. Your trainer will assess your fitness level and needs and then get you started on a customized exercise program.
Are you interested in personal training but don't want to do it alone? We offer group personal training for spouses, two family members, partners or two friends at a reduced price. (2-4 participants) If you are looking for an intense workout group personal training is a great way to boost your workout intensity with a partner and keep you accountable, while remaining under the watchful eye of a certified personal trainer!
Want to finish that marathon this year? Want to be faster, stronger, and more agile? The Shaw JCC of Akron training team will get you ready for participation on your team. Teams meet with our trainers to perform exercises and drills to reach your program goals. Formats and session length varies due to training goals.
