Facility Closings & Holiday Hours

  • The Schultz Campus for Jewish Life will close for Staff In-Service Education and Training from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 26.
  • On Aug. 26, the following group fitness classes are canceled during morning hours: SilverSneakers Classic and Circuit, Tabata, Power Yoga, Kettlebell and Active Agers Yoga as well as pickleball. Classes will resume at 4:45 p.m. as scheduled. Fitness center childcare hours are 8-10 a.m. and 4:30-7:30 p.m. There is no KidSpace programming or transportation offered on this date.
  • The Mandel Early Childhood Education Center is closed Aug. 26-30.
  • The indoor pool and whirlpool will close Aug. 26-Sept. 8 for annual maintenance and cleaning. Our aquatics staff will empty the pool and clean the liner and surrounding pool deck as well as the whirlpool during these two weeks.
  • From Aug. 26 to Sept. 2, the outdoor pool will open for lap swimming at 6:30 a.m. along with water fitness classes – Water Werks, Aqua Bootcamp, SilverSplash and Aqua Core – at their regular times. Lap swimmers may enter through the fitness center or front door entrances. 
  • Monday, Sept. 2: Labor Day, Facility is open 8 a.m.- 1 p.m. Outdoor pool will open 8:30 a.m.-11 a.m. for lap swimming only, 9-10 a.m. for the Water Werks exercise class and 11 a.m.-7:45 p.m. for members open swim (weather permitting). The outdoor pool closes Tuesday, Sept. 3 for the season. A modified group fitness schedule will be offered:
    • 8:15 a.m. - Pilates with Julie 
    • 8:45 a.m. - WERQ with Tong 
    • 9 a.m. - Water Werks with Elaine
    • 9:30 a.m. - Power Yoga with Rose
  • Sunday, Sept. 29: Erev Rosh Hashanah, Building will close at 3 p.m.
  • Monday, Sept. 30: Rosh Hashanah, Building closed 
  • Tuesday, Oct 1: Rosh Hashanah, Building closed 
  • Tuesday, Oct 8: Erev Yom Kippur, Building will close at 3 p.m. (including ECE & SACC) 
  • Wednesday, Oct 9: Yom Kippur, Building closed
