As you know, we recently closed the whirlpool after the tilework had lifted. Our leadership team along with the construction company have been meeting on a regular basis to discuss next steps.
The delay in starting repair work has been the inability to determine what caused this issue. An independent consultant has been hired to render an expert opinion.
We want to assure you that once a cause has been determined, we will proceed immediately to repair and re-open the whirlpool. We are not able to reliably set an exact date at this time.
