Welcome to our In-Home Workouts and Wellness Library. At the Shaw JCC, we realize there are times when your schedule may change for a variety of reasons. Regardless of the reason, we want you to have the ability to remain consistent with your fitness and wellness routine.
Below are offerings from some of your favorite Instructors and Personal Trainers. Videos are of varying lengths showcasing anything from strength and stability to core to cardio to HIIT to yoga. The library will be a continual compilation of wonderful information. There are also documents that can be accessed if you need specific information, including destress tips, meditation, progressive strength routines and more.
